Job Description :
· Inbound Customer Service Centre for Indias #1 Airline
· Handling inbound calls related to pre / post travel queries from IndiGo Customers worldwide
· Assisting customer with making a reservation/modification/cancellation & Flight Information
· Providing Excellent Customer Service
Eligibility Criteria :
· Mandatory fluency in both ENGLISH & HINDI
· 24/7*365 days working environment, with 6 working days with 01 rotational Weekly Off
· Any Diploma/UG/ Post Graduate and dropouts can apply
· Any Travel Experience/Diploma will be an added advantage
