Job Summary

Immediate Joining (Female)

Will be responsible for Handling outbound calls and Incoming calls.

Will be responsible for handling a team.

Should have excellent Tele-calling skills, soft skills & customer interaction.

Explaining the advantages of the Clients service, institute and guiding them for future career. options.-Interpret the rules, policies, features.

Provide support in the procedure of admission.-Clarify the doubts related to admission and institution.

Manage the data of visitors and admissions on daily basis.

Should be good at basic computers Ms-words & Ms-excel.

Should be able to work with a Team.

Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and convincing power.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Excellent computer skills.

Candidate should be presentable looking wise and have good communication skills.

Service oriented attitude.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others or in teams.

Flexible, patient, creative.

Skills in problem solving.
