Job Description

• develops System to Account for Financial Transactions By Establishing a Chart of Accounts; Defining Bookkeeping Policies and Procedures.

• maintains Subsidiary Accounts By Verifying, Allocating, and Posting Transactions and Balances Subsidiary Accounts By Reconciling Entries.

• maintains Historical Records By Filing Documents.

• prepares Financial Reports By Collecting, Analyzing, and Summarizing Account Information and Trends.

• complies with Federal, State, and Local Legal Requirements By Studying Requirements; Enforcing Adherence to Requirements; Filing Reports; Advising Management On Needed Actions.

• tag and Monitor Fixed Assets.

• record Cash Receipts and Make Bank Deposits and Ensure that Receivables are Collected Promptly By Following the Accounting Policies and Procedures

• conduct a Monthly and Periodic Reconciliation of all the Bank Accounts to Ensure Their Accuracy.

• maintains the Petty Cash Fund and Issue Financial Statements.

• maintains An Orderly Accounting Filing System and Annual Budget.

• calculate Variances from the Budget and Report Significant Issues to Management.
