Designation: Account, HR & Finance Manager

Reporting to: Director

Responsibilities:

1) Doing govt. taxes on before deadline, like GST, PT, ESIC, PF, ADVANCE TAX etc.

(All taxes and return will be paid in time 5 days before due date such as GST, TDS, PT, ESIC, EPF, Adv. Tax, I Tax. And all such as)

2) Acknowledgement copy should be checked every month and should be ok or make it ok

(Each sale Bills acknowledgment copy must be received checks it every month and must get it.)

3) Individual accounting, PT, GST, advance tax and income tax return should be done regularly

4) Payment reminder to debtors at every week and make list which are overdue for more than 30 days

5) Talley all bank accounts companies, director individual etc.

(Maintain books of accounts of all our companies and individual)

6) Make proposal of loan and get it approved from bank whenever it will have required to company

And also check any bank charges are being levied if so talk with bank and get it waved off.

(And get sure that bank charges is waved)

7) Get balance confirmation from supplier and customer.

8) Send letter of jumped/ overdue bill with acknowledgment to clients timely

9) Payment allocation with funds provided by director, discussion with purchase and plant head

(Plan for payment to creditors after consultation with purchase, plant head and director)

10) Release advance payments to supplier who have advance payment terms and also make immediate payment with discount 3% to 5% discount to supplier within time.

11) Prepare yearly balance sheet & return filling of company & individual directors within timeline.

12) Liaison with CA for annual audits, all audits. Internal audit must be done at every 6 month

13) Submit all key performance ratios, like ROCE, PAT, ROE, AVERAGE DEBITORS PERIOD, AVERAGE INVENTORY PERIOD, AVERAGE SUPPLIERS CREDIT.
