Job Summary :-

- General Book Keeping in Tally - good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

- Banking Operations - maintain the online banking and passwords, Statements, Bank reconciliations statements.

- Statutory Payments - working knowledge of all the statutory payments due date, knowledge of the process to make payments.

- Compliances - working knowledge of how to submit GST Returns

- Need to have exceptional clarity on accounting principles.

- Need to have in depth knowledge of TALLY Software.

Responsibilities and Duties:-

- Make preparations for Council and committee meetings.

- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.

- Respond to public inquiries.

- Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.

- Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment Receptionist

- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller's inquiries whenever possible.

- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.

- Greeting visitors and directing them to the correct person or department.

- Provide administrative services.
