roles & Responsibilities:-

1) Create and Maintain the Accounting Records Using the Quick Books.

2) Perform Day to Day Accounting Activities, Assistance in Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Closings.

3) Preparation of Standard Journals and Accounting in the Erp.

4) Manage Accounts Payables (ap) Which Includes But Not Limited to Invoice Verification, Accounting and Payment Processing.

5) Manage Account Receivables (ar) Which Includes But Not Limited to Creation of Customer Invoices and Timely Accounting,

6) Keeping Track of the Ar Outstanding, Rigorous Follow-up for Collection of the Dues.

7) Liaise with the Accounting and Tax Consultant.

8) Ensure Proper and Timely Delivery of Reports to Consultants, Related Departments and Management.
