Shift Timing: 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Job Role/Responsibilities:
Must be Graduate.
Strong hold on spoken English
Good customer service & inter-personal skills
Up Selling Broadband plans for initial 6 months.
Comfortable working for outbound process
Ability to manage volumes with accuracy.
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
Basic Technical knowledge.
