Job Description

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads to introduce and sell products or services.

Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from potential customers with inquiries and convert them into sales.

Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's products or services and be able to clearly articulate the benefits to customers.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales Follow-up: Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase.

Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams.

Sales Techniques: Utilize effective sales techniques to persuade and close deals, including understanding customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating terms.

CRM Software: Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads, track sales activities, and record customer interactions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience: Proven experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.

Sales Ability: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Customer Focus: A customer-oriented attitude with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections and rejection.

Organization: Highly organized with good time management skills and the ability to multitask.
