responsibilities and Duties:
understand the Requirements from the Hiring Manager
to Source from Various Channels of Sourcing Available
to Ensure the Ideal Source Mix is Maintained to Be Cost Effective
to Be Innovative and Think Out of the Box to Source and Attract Talent
to have An In-depth Understanding of the Company and Its Policies to Pitch Correctly to the Candidates
to Conduct Interviews, Roll Out Offer Etc. (end to End Recruitment Activity)
coordinate with Hr Ops Team for Joining Formalities of New Candidates and Schedule the Induction Program
work Location: Phase I, Hinjwadi, Pune
