Job Description

Job responsibilities:

? Responsibility of check after place order same day of his channel

? Maintain due date schedule as per production department daily capacity

? ontime dispatch and advance dispatch planning,

? Sr team and exhibition parcel,

? Co ordication with logistics agency,

? Handle after sales service and queries,

? Send costsheets and photograph as per customers requirement

? Dispatch customer as per customer exposer limit and as per his payment terms

? Cut the gold rate with customer

? Share new designs and colletion to customer and get order

? Share customer feedback to designer and concern manager and production department and update it in

feedback sheet

? achieve partywise sales as per given target,

? Handling customer care and relationship,

? Festival and special day wishes to custmer,

? Talk and solve all kind of customer queries.

? Manage and provide raquired data as per schedule

? Keep client wise rate agreement and his record organised

? Check quotation before billing or provide to customer

? Check item as per customer instruction when receiving from production department

? Organise soft data of his team handy and properly

?

? Identify the client buying pattern, understand the sales opportunities, product, improvement in servicing,

Surveying the client requirements, market trends, analise sales data for betterment and growth.

? Take part in exhibition to get orders and to meet customers

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel)

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

Availability to travel as needed
