Experience: 0-5 Years

Qualification: Any graduate/Undergraduate

Location: Hyderabad

Only Male candidates are preferred.

Note: Two Wheeler is mandatory.

Job Description:

Following the leads from the market, follow up with buyers, exploring new clients and selling the plots.

Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

Communicating between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.

Developing sales strategies and reaching the targets and goals set for your area.

Responsible for implementing sales strategies to increase market share and obtain new business.

Establish and maintain relationship with customers to help facilitate continued sales opportunities and identify project performance issues.

Ensuring all property related documents and agreements are accurate and up to date.

Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.

Report on sales activities to your immediate reporting manager on daily basis.

Plan & execute promotional activities and corporate presentations.

Collecting customer feedback and market research.

Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
