- The company will consider some special benefits for its agency, allowing it to supply the required products for its customers at a more reasonable price and conditions. The agreed products' catalog and pricelist will also be provided to the agency for better performance.

- It is also important to note that if the customers for whom the company is obliged to supply the products and provide facilities, belong to the company the profit margin will be 70 percent in favor of the company but if the customers belong to the agency/agent, the profit margin will be 70 percent in favor of the agency/agent.

- The company also agrees to give extra benefits if the agency/agent performs significantly better than expected.

- Finally, yet importantly, the company will only accept you as its official agent/agency after you make the payment of 1000$ to 2000$ to the agreed bank account.
