Job Description :
The Relationship Manager has to call from the database which the management will provide and explain about the products and brief our products and services.
He/She will be responsible for handling clients queries and supporting them in their trading activities.
Connect and follow up on the leads assigned to generate client acquisition.
Explain the product to the client and solve any sort of queries.
Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with clients and Maintain relationships with clients in pre-sales and post-sales
Update the database/lead management system to ensure proper reporting of work.
Achieve the assigned targets for client acquisition.
Adequate training about the industry/products/plans shall be provided completely by the organization.
