Job responsibilities

Coordination with Project sales team for their enquiry, supporting material

, report, expense, target,

Confirmation of the compliance to the technical specification from the buyer

connecting with various departments Project, Design, Planning, dispatch, account

Coordinate with client to Understanding his commercial terms and solve query if any

Responsible for sending Target letters / Circulars /Price Lis /proposalt etc.

Maintain organized sales records and report to reporting authority

Timely placement of the offer with in the RFQ deadline

Confirmation of receipt of the offer with the right person concerned

Ensuring confirmation of agreed payment terms
