- Understanding the RFQ Specifications

- Estimating the BOQ from drawings

- Calculation of manpower hours and scrap generated on manufacturing

- Pricing the RFQ

- Solution for cost effective logistics

- Comply with taxation and customs duties.

- Deciding the terms and conditions of the offer

- Preparing Proposal for client with technical specification.

- Evaluating the competitor pricing

- Drawings and submittals
