Job Description:

Plan, direct, coordinate and oversee day-to-day plant operations. Also insure smooth

functioning of all departments.

Strategize and implement integrated management system to achieve operational

excellence

Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly production budgets/plans in line with capacity

utilization targets and other company objectives

Monitor and control costs to stay within defined budgets

Ensure world-class standards in production, product quality, energy consumption,

maintenance and other aspects involved in effective and efficient manufacturing

Ensure adherence to statutory requirements related to all aspects of plant operations

Identify, recommend and implement new processes, technologies and system to

streamline organizational processes and use of resources and material

Ensure compliance to environment, health & safety measures to encourage a safe and

healthy occupational environment.

Ensure development of factory management team and staff through performance

management, career development, succession planning and coaching

Encourage culture of continues improvements with improvement of present

manufacturing process and technology adoption
