We are looking for a professional Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee our organizations recruitment & placement service and operations.

The operations manager role is mainly to implement the right processes and practices across the organization to improve service and results.

The specific duties of an operations manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, getting material and resources and securing compliance and client satisfaction. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

· You should be ready to Mentor, train your team members and supervise team

· Take interviews and hire/ recruit best staff and improve performance if required

· Monitor team activates and show best results

· Perform quality controls and increase productivity

· Coordinate with candidates and employers to close requirements asap

· Scheduling interviews of candidates

· Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

· Find ways to increase quality of customer service

· Make sure all the targets and deliveries are fulfilled before leaving office

· Every day submission of status report
