1. : Production - Mass production Industry

Execution of production planning for LV Electrical - Switchgear products.

Productivity improvement in all area of Business responsible

Profit and Loss statement monitoring, improvement for Profit margin

2. Order Execution:

Planning and implementing of the schedule, planning and allocation of resources, Monitoring & maintaining Prorata Schedule, providing necessary inputs for course correction into the execution plan in order to achieve timely delivery as per the customer schedule.

Continuous process Improvement & control for resources optimization, Inventory management & control.

3. Vendor Management:

Identification of business partnership (Vendors, sub contractor), assessment and selection, providing required technical & commercial assistance to sustain and grow.

4. People Management:

· Lead, select, develop and motivate personnel of the division in order to optimize company's HR asset.

· Setting objectives of the individual employee, conducting performance reviews, planning and implementing training / Development plan for the team members

5. Customer Satisfaction:

· Building and maintaining customer relationship in order to sustain and grow customer base resulting into business growth

· Meeting customer expectations with respect to services portfolio

6. Business Development

· Identify potential customer, understanding customer requirements, Technical & commercial feasibility analysis, Spec in, Competition analysis, Tendering, making offers.

Decision for GO / No Go for the specific development project

7. Statutory requirement

Liaison activity with government agencies with the input support from team
