Office Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the office premises, including common areas, meeting rooms, and restrooms. Regularly clean and organize office equipment, furniture, and supplies.
Errands and Deliveries: Perform various errands such as purchasing office supplies, collecting, and distributing mail, making photocopies, delivering documents or packages to internal or external stakeholders, and other similar tasks as assigned.
Stock Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies, including stationery, pantry items, and toiletries. Keep track of stock and inform the relevant personnel when supplies need to be replenished.
Set-Up and Assistance: Assist in setting up meeting rooms, arranging furniture, and ensuring they are well-equipped with necessary supplies, such as whiteboards, markers, projectors, or audiovisual equipment. Provide support during meetings or events as required.
General Assistance: Provide support to office staff, including administrative tasks like filing documents, organizing files, data entry, photocopying, or scanning documents. Assist with basic IT troubleshooting, such as setting up equipment or troubleshooting minor technical issues.
Reception and Hospitality: Welcome visitors or guests, offer them refreshments, and guide them to the appropriate person or meeting room. Answer incoming calls, redirect calls to the relevant departments, take messages, and provide general information when necessary.
