Job Description: Direct Channel

1. Source potential customer through referrals, existing clients, corporate activities & Tele calling.

2. Identify customer needs & financial goals and provide the appropriate advice.

3. Ensure proper follow through for closure by right documentation & sales process implementation.

4. Ensure the leads provided by the company are met up through rigorous follow up.

Criteria:-

* Education: Graduate. / PG

* Experience: Min 1 year experience in Sales .(B2C sales)

* Age: 22-32 yrs

* Should be presentable.

* Aggressive nature with an aptitude for sales.

* Fairly good command over English as well as local language.

* Should be local or in same location for more than 2 years.

SPECIALIZATION:, BFSI sales, Direct sales, Commission Sales , Medical or Pharmaceutical , Retail sales, Real estate sales, B2C sales.
