Required Skill set;

1. Any graduate candidates are eligible to apply for this job including Freshers and well experienced Candidates.

2. Candidates should possess an excellent verbal English communication and must be a quick learner with Positive attitude skills.

3. Candidates from International BPO background or US Hiring Experience would be added advantage.

4. Create an engaging environment; coordinate with department staff to arrange work place

5. Connect employees to colleagues

6. Clarify your expectations up front, in writing

7. Provide timely, information-specific, issue-focused coaching and feedback

8. Set departmental, unit and job-related context and share technical job-related expertise

9. Inform employees about organizational and departmental goals and culture

10. Inform about Benefit options and host Benefit Workshops

11. Distribute and analyze New Employee Survey, coordinate county-wide efforts to enhance the on boarding process

12. Share organizational information and context

13. Candidates should be flexible in working with Night shift from PM to 4 AM.

14. Cab Facility will be provided for Female Staffs

15. Dinner meals will be provided to all the Staffs

16. Five Days Work in a Week.
