- Establish, maintain & grow relationship with key distributors across your locations.

- Have a Bottom-line driven approach while scaling up retail health business.

- Ensure Month on Month numbers are met for the Locations & for your Team members and put in place a plan for YoY growth.

- Ensure productivity standards are met/exceeded for your Sales team.

- Create & nurture Sales teams as per the organisation's Long-term plan.
