We have Urgent hiring for General Manager Finance for Travel Industry @ Vadodara

Designation: General Manager Finance

Qualification:CPA, CFA, or CMA,MBA

Experience:experience as a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role, ideally in the travel or service industry.

CTC:Best in Industry

Location :Vadodara

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and targets for the company and its

branches.

-Strong knowledge of (Excel Software) preferred.

2. Financial Control and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, financial regulations, and reporting requirements.

- Establish effective financial controls and internal audit systems to minimize financial risks.

- Strong knowledge of Statutory Compliance.

- Review and approve all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll,

and expense claims.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings.

3. Strategic Financial Management:

- Provide financial guidance and support to the executive team and branch managers.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.

4. Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, tax

authorities, and regulatory bodies.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

- Manage and mentor the finance team, including recruitment, training, and performance

evaluations.
