Job Summary:

The Event planner is responsible for managing all aspects of event/wedding planning and end-to-end management of events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction. The planner should be able to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously using superior organization, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities:

Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to align events with broader organizational objectives.

Innovative and creative thinking to develop unique and memorable event experiences.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.

Develop comprehensive event proposals that align with client expectations and budget constraints.

Present proposals to clients, addressing queries and making necessary adjustments.

Utilize effective negotiation techniques to close deals with clients and vendors.

Strong organizational skills to coordinate logistics, timelines, and resources effectively.

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during events, ensuring a positive experience for clients and attendees.

Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on event plans, progress, and outcomes.
