Prepares and estimates budget costs for construction by studying plans and specifications.

Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project.

Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team (architects, engineers, consultants), and client.

Providing technical support to junior engineers and other team members regarding the estimation process, assisting project managers and contractors regarding bid analysis, and negotiating the same with contracting personnel.

Maintaining the current and previous estimation records.

Preparing the details of various projects, analyzing the projects separately, compiling the analysis for evaluation, and developing the separate estimation report .
