Roles and Responsibilities:

Should be capable of getting updates in time from all Cross functional teams.

Would have work experience in established Product based companies as Release Engineering

Manager in handling Validation, Quality Assurance,

User Acceptance Testing and Release Engineering related activities.

Involved in the full life cycle of software development including Analysis, Design, Coding,

Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Validation, Packaging, Release Engineering and

commercialization phases of Products.

Expertise in Product Engineering, Project deliverables tracking, Validation, Release

Schedule Management ownership.

Hands on experience with planning & scheduling releases to Pre-Production & Production

environments and handling all requests.

Release readiness and sign-off meetings responsibilities for each external release.

Expertise in driving RCA (Root Cause Analysis) to the customer reported issues.

Part of direct staff team to generate key metrics to Enhance team productivity.

Agile and Scrum Methodology practices as part of the project development.

Working closely with documentation team for required project doc updates.

Complete production environment management ownership.

Regular follow up on the Sprint, Validation and Release blocking issues.
