Roles & Responsibilities

Creating a business development growth strategy focused on financial gain

and customer satisfaction.

Achieve personal and team business targets. Focus area Home Loans &

Construction Finance.

Business tie ups with builders/chartered accountants etc. for lead

generation.

Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients

objectives

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people.

Requirements and skills

4-5 years relevant work experience as a business development manager,

sales manager or a relevant role preferably in Home Loans OR

Construction Finance.

Proven sales track record, experience in customer support is a plus.

Proficiency in Marathi & Hindi and English languages.

Market knowledge of Home Loan business.

Communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build rapport.

Time management and planning skills

Any graduate, MBA in finance or marketing would be an added

advantage.

Age upto 35 years, salary no bar for the right candidature.
