Be a formidable player in the laboratory supply business ( industry + academia)
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensure a strict & regular compliance . all Regulatory laws & rules and safety.
2. Developing aggressive business plan and driving the team to achieve the same.
3. Developing sales and marketing strategy to achieve the business growth.
4. Focus on sustainable profit margin and reduction in outstanding no. of days
5. Groom and motivate sales team for attaining the desired business growth.
6. Regular customer visits and develop rapport with key customers for long term growth.
7. Establishing & implementing systems & policies in all functional areas including Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory management, risk management & compliance, Accounts.
8. Review, design & implement operational Policies, systems & processes to ensure a consistently effective & efficient delivery of goods & services giving customers & vendors an experience that exceeds their expectations.
9. Market information updates and competition mapping.
10. Prepare/Submit/maintain the report to reflect the pulse of the business.
11. Develop high performing teams and maintain constructive working relationships at all levels
12. Set comprehensive SMART goals for performance and growth
13. Ensure achievement of financial objectives and cost optimization targets
KEY REQUIREMENTS
1. 10 years relevant industry experience in industrial sales of Lab chemicals, lab equipment, Industrial chemicals, Pharma Raw materials
( Someone even at elderly age with relevant experience and energy to work can be considered)
2. Education : Science Graduate
