assist in the Definition of Project Scope and Objectives.
ensure Resource Availability and Allocation of Files Within Departments.
weekly Report Preparation for Project, Process and Training.
develop and Update the Detailed Project Plan to Monitor and Track Progress.
manage Changes to the Project Scope & Process Sequence.
maintenance of Proper File/folder Structure
measure Project Performance Using Appropriate Tools and Techniques.
report and Escalate to Management as Needed.
create and Maintain Comprehensive Project Documentation.
delegate Project Tasks Based On Junior Staff Members Individual Strengths, Skill Sets and Experience Levels.
perform other Related Duties as Assigned.
develop Spreadsheets, Word Files, Diagrams and Process Maps to Document Needs.
