Job Title: Assistant Manager

Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for creating highly impactful and clear presentations for a wide range of high-level business meetings and reviews. The candidate will be expected to work collaboratively with different stakeholders, gather data, analyse it, and incorporate it into the presentations. The candidate should have prior experience in creating presentations and working in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Create presentations for monthly business reviews, business meetings, and other business presentations

Develop clear and effective presentations keeping the audience in mind

Collaborate with different stakeholders, gather data, analyse, incorporate it and make necessary changes whenever required

Work with senior management and other teams to ensure timely delivery of presentations

Ensure that all presentations are in line with company branding guidelines and standards

Keep up-to-date with the latest presentation recommendations and techniques

Develop a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its various segments

Conduct research on current and upcoming industry trends to provide insights for future planning

Collaborate with senior management to make profitable business decisions, utilizing industry expertise and knowledge

Qualifications and Skills:

The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree

The candidate should have prior experience in drafting presentations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and other similar software

Attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
