Roles & Responsibilities :

- Manage and develop direct team Sales Manager and front line sales employees.

- Managing and delivering revenue targets set by the company on monthly and quarterly basis.

- Co-coordinating with corporate office and relevant teams for all client service related issues.

- Supervising the teams under in terms of assigning tasks, evaluating their performance and take necessary

measures in terms of growth and development.

- Branch Managers providing all relevant support as required.

- Ensured adherence to all rules and norms without any violation anywhere.

- Ensuring compliance & control, following the process and providing high customer service to dealers.

- Creating agency distribution for the company.

- Overall responsible for implementation Technology adaptation in the assigned territory.
