- Knowledge of All IATA City/Airport and SRS Code

- Handling Corporate client queries of Air Ticket and Hotel Bookings

- Making Tour Itineraries as per requirement ( Domestic/International)

- Issuing Customize and Tailor made Tour Packages (Domestic/International)

- Attending customer queries by mail or Phone of Corporate.

- Attending customer requirement for Air Ticketing and Tour Packages.

- Support customer to select best options, Issuance & Re-issuance of air tickets

- Should be well versed with Amadeus.
