Job Title: Accounts Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive with knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks, supporting the finance department in day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, invoices, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other accounting documents.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.

Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

Prepare and process expense reports, reimbursements, and petty cash transactions.

Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and filing documents.

Requirements:

Graduate/UG

Thorough understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally,

Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws and regulations.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
