PayCompliance (HK) Ltd. is a compliance consulting and corporate service provider for the global payment industry. Globally we help with licensing of payment service providers in 60+ jurisdictions. We consult on compliance matters and the regulatory framework including anti-money laundering. We are now hiring an Accounting Officer colleague, full or part-time.

Requirements

Certificate of Public Accountant holder

Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent

A minimum of 3 years accounting experience

Advanced computer skills and experienced with accounting software

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Work independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Good command of spoken and written English

Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts, month end closing, financial report and management report

Oversee daily accounting operation of the project and manage cash flow

Assist in vendor invoices and expense claims

Assist in month-end closing

Able to handle Ad-hoc projects

Submit annual accounts

The ideal candidate will be diligent, disciplined and able to work well with timed deadlines. Working in a team is as important as having the ability to complete tasks individually. Having the desire to see things through to completion and assume responsibility until resolved with a focus on quality will specifically be relevant for this position.
