Typist Clerk Cum Accountant as Office Administrator

Should be basically Convent Educated and good at spoken English etc.

Typing speed must be 40 words per minute (Typing Certification preferred)/ Lower or higher typing test certificate is a must.

Must have knowledge of Tally ERP , Microsoft word and excel etc.

Generating invoices, delivery note, cash register, daily attendances, etc.

Attending phone calls and emails in the office and reporting to Managing Director and other miscellaneous office works/jobs from time to time.

Good at taking minor dictations etc. Limited exposure to English strongly etc.

The candidate should be minimum , 1st division with 7-8 years of experience with the above jobs.
