Roles and Responsibilities

To control all the reservation functions including ticketing and follow- ups

Clearing up of wait listed passengers Stick to the time limit guidelines

Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.

Reservation & Ticketing (Manual & Computerize both).

Handle queries and address grievance

Handel day to day operational task

Preparation of daily/monthly service report

Key Skills:
