Urgent Hiring for Tender Executive- Fresher @ Rajkot with Leading Cable Manufacture Company

Role & responsibilities

Keep all records of tenders.

Track tenders from various portals for government and private sectors.

Coordinate with client till the completion of tender process.

Well versed with bidding process at government/ GEM portals. Downloading of tenders and maintaining database.

Preparing pre-qualification documents, EOI, Bids.

Coordinating with central functions for bid compliance (accounts, legal, FICO, etc.)

Generation of relevant MIS reports/ tender tracking updates

Maintaining documentation and correspondence of BD activities and updating of credentials on regular basis

Preparing all tender MIS
