As a Telesales Executive Intern at PNT Robotics & Automation Solutions, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone and promoting our Educational Service. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the sales process, customer communication, and the opportunity to develop essential skills in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers.
Engage with prospects, present our products/services, and answer their inquiries.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits and features.
Record customer information and sales interactions accurately in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet targets and goals.
Continuously improve sales skills through training and feedback.
