Insightechs-Int Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic telecaller to join our team. As a leading provider of digital marketing solutions, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve their business goals. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our services, and generating sales opportunities. Previous experience is not essential asfull training will be provided. Visa sponsorship to the (up to seven years) available subject to status.

The successful candidate will be part of a growing team, withclear long term career progression leading to AI technology sales earninglucrative income. This is not a hunter position; there is no cold calling. You just conduct survey calls and follow up with proposals via email and closing calls.

Duties:

Conduct survey calls to potential prospects

Use email marketing to generate interest

Conduct telemarketing calls to close deals

Utilise Bitrix24 CRM software to track and manage leads

Research and identify target markets and industries

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

Achieve an average conversion rate of 30% on value and quantity

Make sure we have a minimum 3-month pipeline in the system for your key customers at any one time

Source suitable developers for client projects from our outsourcing platforms

Support the departments in various administrative duties as and when required.

Requirements

Previous sales experience (preferable)

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable making outbound calls

Training and development

Par-excellence in house business training

Alison e-Learning Cert/Dip short courses
