Job Summary

We are looking for a smart and energetic Student relationship Officer- Tele caller to make telephonic calls and schedule appointments on lead data generated from various sources with an aim to increase the walk-ins at the branch and positively contribute to achieve admissions targets. She will be responsible for influencing potential students to walk-in to institute to get information about Occupational Health and safety environment courses from UK, British counsel.

Work location will be: Calicut.

Time 9:00 Am to 5:30 PM- Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities and Duties

Calling the leads generated from inquiries coming to the centre and from various databases

Maximum number of appointments should be given to the student counsellors

Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.

Taking care of the incoming calls.

Entering and updating student information in the database.

Handling the front desk calls.

Experience : 0 - 2 Years
