Are you ready to take your career to the next level we are actively seeking a talented and experienced project manager to oversee a wide variety of projects from conceptual design through implementation. An ideal candidate would have 6+ years of experience in timely end to end project delivery and management.

Required Skills:

Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Minimum 4 years tech lead experience and 2 years management experience in IT software development project execution & delivery.

Strong background on code review/test review process.

Must be energetic, pro-active and must have a positive attitude.

Willingness to work in pressure.

Must have exposure to git and Microsoft technology.

Managed team of 20 members.

Responsibilities:

Understand projects business domain and help team to understand various aspects of it.

Kick-off projects and perform team alignment.

Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope and timeline.

Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate with managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.

Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items.

Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
