4 Record all the Data Regarding Prod., Quality & Machine.

6 prepare An Mis of Production , Wastage , Bhuki, Lumps, Grinder , Maintenance , Complaint and Rejection

7 to Identify Non-confirmative Material & Report It to Production Manager

8 Give Training to Subordinates.

9 shift Incharge Will Write Down the Replacement (blade Change) Request in Maintenance Register By Orally Informing to the Maintenance

Hod and Production Manager

10 filter Cleaning Instruction to Grinder Team and Filtration Team

11 to Help the Production Team for Job Set Up and Quality Set Up

12 to Make a Production Slip and Tag On Each Job.
