4) Monitoring of Estimation and Coasting Dept.

5) Monitoring of purchase Dept.

6) Comparison of material quality and coasting

7) Preparation of Work order of all agencies

8) Finalise of contractors and venders

9) Preparation and sign of Form 2

10) Quantities and Estimate certificate sign which is submitted to Bank

11) Handle all subject of MSEDCL and local issues

12) Finalise of major material of site and there specifications

13) Like : lift , Fire Fighting, Mechanical Parking , Solar system , Transformer, DG Set, Battery Back Up, STP ,CCTV, Intercom System and other MEP services

14) Engineering and purchase Dept. taking interviews of new employees

15) All site maintenance monitoring which is come from RD and Sales Dept.

16) Monitoring of Deductions of work and there estimate

17) Monitoring of Extra work and there estimate

18) Monitoring of Contractors & venders bill and there outstanding

19) Monitoring of weekly stock reports of sites

20) Monitoring of labour payments of sites

21) Monitoring of Engineering and Purchase Dept. & all responsibilities
