K9HR SOLUTIONS is looking for Sales & Marketing Engineer who must have the following:
Customer coverage and generation of inquiries. Develop effective customer relationships. Identify opportunities, present value proposal and close the deal. Provide formal customer quotations and successfully conclude the sale. Successfully achieve and outperform sales targets. Acquisition of new customers and new applications. Customer interactions to identify the growth opportunities at the existing and new customers. Technical presentations of the products and solutions to customers by close collaboration with the application engineer. Develops applications with required tests & demonstrations at the end customer. Report all customer feedback and opportunities to the management at regular intervals. Diploma/ . / B. Tech (Mechanical /Production /Industrial Engineering) with minimum 2 years experience in direct industrial consumable sales is required. Must be able to efficiently converse in English, Hindi and Gujarati. Candidates from Tooling / Machine Tools or similar industry is preferred. Should be able to deal in cross-functional and cross-cultural working environment. A self-starter, who will initiate projects and make independent decisions, tends to take action and go after things rather than waiting, plans work efficiently to meet project deadlines and wants to get things done Pleasant disposition, good interpersonal and communication skills. Strong Communication (Verbal and Written) and Presentation skills. Strong negotiation skills. Should have a Go-getter attitude and aggressive sales approach. Should be open to travel locally and internationally as job demands. Computer literate and should be comfortable working in MS- Excel, Word and Power point.
