Job Description

In Line with Bus Objective and Responsible for Achieving Their Sales Targets, Coverage Targets, Focus Products, New Project Sites Development, Collection Target, Dealer & Distributor Network Development, Branding, Sales Promotion Activities, Trade Promotion Activities, Etc.

· Conducting the Site Demos to Convince the End Users About Our Products and Its Usage.

· Weekly Promotional Activity in Terms of Mason Meets, Applicators Meet, and Contractors Meet, in Their Respective Assigned Territories.

· Maintain Data Base of Dealers, Applicators, Contractors, Masons in the Respective Branch Etc & Convert Them in to the Business By Tracking Each Activity.

· Dealer and Discount Management in the Market & Maintain Uniform Pricing Structure.

· Controlling & Guiding Sales Promoters as per Their Kra.

· Working in the Market as per Pjp.
