Responsibilities

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Promote the companys services addressing or predicting clients objectives

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

Proven working experience in sales / business development in the Corporate/Commercial Leasing field (with substantial exposure to Multi National Companies)

Proficiency in MS Office

Fully fluent and conversant in English

Up to date market knowledge (prevailing rental rates, contract and other market norms)

Communication and negotiation skills

Time management and planning skills

Experience managing a small team

Established network of contacts amongst Admin/HR/Facility Managers or CXOs at MNCs

Required Experience

1-5 Years

Salary Package

Standard hike from current CTC depending experience

Joining Date

Preference is at the earliest but can consider candidates having 1-2 month notice period
