Urgent Hiring Production Supervisor For Nashik

Oversee all aspects of filament production, from raw material procurement to finished product packaging

Develop and implement production schedules and ensure that they are met

Monitor production quality and identify and resolve any issues

Train and supervise production team members

Implement and maintain safety procedures in the production area

Troubleshoot and resolve production problems

Work with other departments to ensure that production goals are met

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

Prepare production reports

Comply with all company policies and procedures

Inventory management-

-Inventory Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with the production planning team to forecast demand for different filament types and colors.

-Raw Material Procurement: Establish and maintain relationships with reliable suppliers of raw materials, including polymers, additives, and colorants.

-Inventory Level Control: Develop and implement inventory control systems to track the movement of raw materials, in-progress filament, and finished products.

-Implement first-in, first-out (FIFO) inventory rotation procedures to ensure that older filament is used before newer stock.

-Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for traceability and audit purposes.
