Job Description

We are Looking for a Procurement Specialist to Manage the Company’s Supply of Products and Services.

candidate Should Be Quick Learner and Should Be Comfortable in Travel Across Pan India if and When Required.

coordination And/or Procurement of Assigned Purchases to Meet the Requirements.

evaluate Current and Anticipated Requirements, Determine Potential Sources, Obtain Bids, and Plan Programs to Meet Business Needs.

should have Strong Networking and Negotiation Skills.

strong Sourcing Skills and Experience in Indirect/mro Procurement.

liaise with Accounts and Logistics Teams Ensure Order Fulfillment to the Clients, and to Receive Supplier Payments.

devising and Using Fruitful Procurement and Sourcing Strategies.

manage Internal Database to a High Degree of Accuracy to Ensure Targeted Marketing Activity Can Take Place to Generate New Business.

ensure Strong Compliance with Sops and Partner in Continuous Improvement to Streamline the Ops Relentlessly.

institutionalize Processes to Establish Best Practices of Procurement.

responsible for the Total Procurement Activity – Maintaining Checklists and Coordination Between the Departments.

skills Required -

1. proven Experience in Procurement (0-1 Year Exp).

2. bachelor’s Degree from An Accredited University or College.

3. strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

4. strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills.

5. excellent Negotiation Skills.

6. strong Excel Skills.

Main responsibilities -
To arrange for site visits and regular follow up with the clients till closure.
Should have good communication skill.
Positive attitude for meeting new people.
Bringing new clients and agencies on board.
Negotiating with customers.
Maintaining good relationship with customers pre and post sales.
Able to convince clients/customers.
Maintaining accurate records - Lead, site visit, customer profile.
Updating daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Responsible for handling Sales for the assigned projects.
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
Follow up with prospect clients from leads received.
Comfortable in traveling to client’s location if and when required.
