We have urgent hiring for the post of Assistant Manager Process Technology @Mundra for MNC Chemical Company

Designation:Assistant Manager Process Technology

Reports to:V P Technology

Qualification : Chemical Engineer - BE/B Tech/Chem Engg/ME/Mtech

Industry: Chemical/Petrochemical/Pharma

CTC:up to 13 LPA(Negotiable for right candidate)

Location : Mundra

Job responsibilities:

a) Process debottlenecking projects implementation with help of modification, utility optimization, new equipment selection or improving operation.

b) Scale up of processes from Pilot to plant scale keeping following key points in mind. Making the process robust, ensuring process safety , Equipment selection is made to ensure long maintenance free life, Reduce process deviations by introducing adequate process control.

c) Review of all technical documents during project implementation from Plant side and clear specifications. Be a key member of all plant process HAZOP.

d) Preparation and review of all plant SOPs and ensure adequate checks are introduced to control process deviations.

e) Compilation of efficiency reports inclusive of RM and utility. Preparation of new benchmarks for norms based on best performance data of each product.

f) Technical troubleshooting of any process deviation and come out with CAPA for the same.

g) Improve solvent / byproducts recovery norms. Also improve effluent processing cost per kg product.

h) Maintain tracker for all site ongoing activities. Control and monitor the same.

SKILLS REQUIRED:Excellent Technical skills, Experience in Process design & Simulation, Knowledge pertaining to Tech Transfer, Technical troubleshooting skills, AutoCad skills, Familiarity of HSE regulations.
