Formulate timely and accurate responses to Global RFQs and local pricing requests
Negotiate bullet rates for US LCL trade lanes with NVOCC's
Ensure coverage of the quoted rates upon the official award announcement
Create the routing guide for the awarded lanes
Manage and update pricing for existing customers
Work closely with Product and Sales Managers to develop strategies for new/ existing customers
Work closely with Product Managers to monitor trends on all trade lanes
Create and present monthly KPIs (including but not limited to: number of quotes/RFQs been handled, success ratio, number of gained CBMs, etc).
The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
Strong operational background in the sea/air freight field.
Solid PC operational knowledge including Microsoft Office applications experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
BS in Business or Logistics, or comparable work experience in the field.
